How much effort is it to get started?

It couldn't be easier! Our tools are built to work alongside your existing workflows, so you can trial our tools without changing anything else.

We do everything we can at our end, to keep things simple for you. For the AI chatbot its as simple as one line of code, and the ResponseAssistant is as simple as providing an API key to your Help Scout account.

Can I have help getting started?

Yes! It's super quick to get started with our tools. We are happy to help, or you can do this entirely on your own. If you'd like help, we'd love to hear from you - just get in contact via the "Contact a Human" button in our chat widget or email us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help you with this over a screen-share, by email or however you prefer!

But I only need one of the tools, will that work?

Yes, pricing is cost effective to use our system as just one or the other output, or both together. You can easily start/stop using either tool as you suits you.

I want to use multiple Resolve247 tools, how do I do this?

It's easy to turn on/off each tool as suits you, just get started with Quick Setup, and you can choose what data/integrations you want to work with. This can easily be adjusted later too. The knowledgebase is common across both tools so you don't have to repeat anything. But rest assured, the AIChatbot only has access to the publically available information you want it to share, so it can't ever share your previous support messages.
